Without sleep, the next day will be tough, you will probably have an emotional breakdown, a mental block, or just be cranky and sad all throughout the day. Basiclly, the next day will be a pain to you, and to your peers. Not only does sleep affect your mood, but your mood also affects your sleep. Without sleep, your brain is "tired", so it takes more effort to focus; therefore, your mood is affected which makes you cranky, angry, or more venerable to stress. With a bad quality of sleep, there will be mixed emotions throughout the day, for example, if you wake up tired chances are you will be very cranky. But as the morning progresses you aren't as tired, but you will still be crankey and more velnerable to stress. If you are always missing out on sleep and don't catch up with it. you may evenchually develope an emotional didorder such as an anxiety disorder, or become depressed.
